Shelta Kodjo

Shelta Kodjo is a seasoned finance professional and quantitative strategist with over two decades of expertise in XVA, structured solutions, and quantitative modeling. Born and raised in Togo, Africa, Shelta pursued higher education in France, earning a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Université de Lille 1 and a Master’s in Engineering from Mines Paris – PSL, one of France’s premier engineering institutions. Shelta also completed doctoral studies in Finance at EDHEC Business School.

Currently serving as Managing Director, XVA/PFE & Structured Solutions Quant at Wells Fargo, Shelta has a distinguished career history. Prior to this, Shelta was Managing Director and Head of Quantitative Strategies at Mizuho Securities USA and held senior roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Bank of America. Shelta’s expertise spans risk management, modeling and valuation of financial derivatives, and innovative strategies for capital and funding optimization.

With a strong foundation in engineering and finance, Shelta Kodjo combines deep technical knowledge with strategic insights, making significant contributions to the financial services industry.
