Launched in December 2023, the African Professional Exchange Forum Foundation was founded to address the unique challenges faced by African professionals in the US.
Leader Thierry Noufele recognized the urgent need for a unified effort in light of recent attacks on diversity and equity gains following the George Floyd movement.
He brought together like-minded friends who agreed that efforts for Black representation were often diluted within broader diversity agendas.
Apex Forum was thus dedicated to empowering African professionals and ensuring their voices were heard and valued. We continue building upon our mission to create meaningful change and foster a legacy of leadership, mentorship, and excellence for African professionals in the US.
