Reflect. Celebrate. Look Ahead.

The Power of Story and Community
Meet Tatiana Zebaze, an inspiring member of the APEX Forum, whose journey embodies perseverance, purpose, and global leadership. With Cameroonian roots and a career spanning Europe, Africa, and the United States, Tatiana transformed her strength in mathematics into a 17-year career in investment banking and insurance, designing innovative risk solutions that protect clients, communities, and companies. Her leadership experience in Nigeria sharpened her ability to navigate cultural nuance while driving strategic and financial performance — skills that became central to her next chapter.   Finding Purpose at Wharton
Driven to expand her global impact, Tatiana pursued an Executive MBA at The Wharton School, where she deepened her leadership toolkit and found the courage to lead with authenticity. At Wharton, she learned that leadership is as much about voice as it is about vision — and that her heritage and perspective were not just assets, but essential to her impact   APEX Forum: Where Visionaries Connect
Through the APEX Forum, Tatiana discovered more than a professional network — she found a family. “Every month I gain a new brother or sister through APEX,” she says. “It’s a space where our voices are heard, our experiences are valued, and our leadership is amplified.”  When she decided to transition into a new role, that sense of community became her greatest advantage.   The Power of Connection
Through APEX, Tatiana connected with Zoubair Esseghaier, Sylvie DeSouza-Vibi, and Geneviève Noundja-Noubissi, three fellow members whose guidance played pivotal roles in her successful transition to Clearwater Analytics (New York), where she now serves as Principal, Product Management – Insurance Risk. “Zoubair opened the right doors at a pivotal moment and challenged me to articulate how my experience in risk and data modeling could translate into product innovation — a conversation that proved decisive. Sylvie played an equally critical role, sharpening my narrative through mock interviews and thoughtful feedback that helped me present my strengths with clarity and confidence. Geneviève offered a valuable perspective on timing and positioning. I’m deeply grateful to them and to the APEX community that made these connections possible.” These connections weren’t just professional — they were transformational.   Elevating Leaders Across Continents
Today, Tatiana helps build data-driven risk and ALM platforms that empower insurers to make smarter capital and investment decisions. Her journey reflects what happens when leadership, community, and storytelling intersect.
